Credit Union Serves Dinner for 80 at Soup Kitchen

RTN employees served rotisserie chicken, potato salad, garden salad and  dinner rolls, with homemade cake for dessert. Bristol Lodge is an arm of  Middlesex Human Service Agency in Waltham, which is a long-time sponsor group of  the credit union. Funds for the meal were contributed through the RTN Employees Community  Outreach Committee. The committee is made up of RTN employees who contribute  funds and volunteer to assist local organizations and charities. “The Employees Community Outreach Committee is an ongoing effort that  reflects the credit union value of community involvement,” said Robin Hartnett,  RTN assistant regional branch manager. “Employees who participate in this  endeavor are grateful for the opportunity to serve the community in which we  work every day, and help those in need.” Bristol Lodge Soup Kitchen is located at Immanuel United Methodist Church,  545 Moody St. The lodge serves a daily hot meal from 4 to 5:30 p.m. to those in  need.
