Storm Atlas that hit the Rapid City, SD area on Oct. 4 has left devastation throughout Western South Dakota. The Black Hills Disaster Relief Fund has been set up to help those in need. Highmark Federal Credit Union of Rapid City, SD will be accepting donations for this Relief Fund.
