Jamestown, ND - First Community Credit Union Senior Managers in Jamestown were recently challenged to participate in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by Chris Masse from the Bismarck office. The managers were able to pull it off within just a few hours of receiving the challenge.
This fundraiser for ALS - Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, aka Lou Gehrig’s disease, has gone viral and has raised nearly $16 million for the neurodegenerative disease. Famous people such as Oprah Winfrey, LeBron James, even Bill Gates, and entire Patriot’s football teams have participated.
The concept is to dump a bucket of ice cold water on your head within 24 hours or donate money. Most participants do both. Find out more on the
ALS website and consider making a
donation today.
The pictures capture the expressions, but the video is priceless!
