LOWELL, MA – Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union donated $1,000 to Lowell General Hospital’s Team
Walk for Cancer Care in honor of musician Melissa Etheridge, a cancer survivor who played the last show of the season in this year’s Lowell Summer Music Series.
Additionally, Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union raised another $500 by giving a free T-shirt to any concert attendee who donated at least $5.00 to Team
Walk for Cancer Care, raising the total amount donated to $1,500.00.

We were excited to make this donation in honor of Melissa Etheridge who understands the battles far too many people face in the fight against cancer,” said Mark S. Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has been the premier sponsor of the Lowell Summer Music Series for the past three years and recently signed a five-year contract extension, pushing its premier sponsorship through 2019. Jeanne D’Arc is also a sponsor and proud participant in Lowell General Hospital’s Team
