Fargo, ND - Postal Family FCU generated some warmth in Fargo during the holidays, opting to host a “mitten tree” this year. Staff created flyers and posters and hung them around the credit union to encourage members to donate warm items for the tree, which were then donated to a school, daycare or homeless shelter in Fargo. “We've had such a remarkable turn out,” said Melissa Williams, Member Service Representative at Postal Family. “We plan on clearing the tree and trying it through the month of January as well!” she added.
