On the night of Monday, June 16, the small town of Pilger, Nebraska was flattened by twin tornadoes that wiped out most of the town. Two people were killed. The businesses, the school and the town church were flattened. Recovery is expected to cost in the tens of millions.
On Tuesday morning the staff from the Archer Cooperative Credit Union in Central City, Nebraska came to work asking, \What can we do to help Pilger?\"  The initial reaction was can we go up there and help clean-up
