Credit union team is braving the shave

First Community Credit Union has entered a team in the Bismarck, ND St. Baldrick’s challenge.  The St. Baldrick’s Foundation helps to fund the most promising research to make the greatest impact for children with cancer. The First Community CU team has 7 staff members participating, and they are: Chad Schmidt, Branch Manager, Bismarck Branches; Thomas Schmidt, Ag/Commercial Officer, Bismarck Downtown; Todd Van Orman, Internal Auditor, Bismarck Downtown; Tiffany Thrasher, MSR, Bismarck North (donating 12” of hair to locks of love); Frank Friese, FSO, Bismarck North; Chris Masse, MSR, Bismarck North; and Derrick Becker, Head Teller, Fargo. The donations they have raised so far are approximately $2000, putting them in 8^th place overall out of 24 Bismarck teams.
