It was operation rubber ducky recently at
Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union.
The Germantown-based credit union shipped 381 rubber ducks to Shandy Hook Schools, inspired by a Connecticut police officer’s effort to share rubber ducks with the students as a way to spread cheer.
The credit union already had its own rubber duck tradition, giving them to employees who went above and beyond everyday tasks. Anyone interested in helping to fund further supplies can find information at the
