Credit Union Teen Idol Competition Raising Funds for School of the Arts

american1JACKSON, Mich. – American 1 Credit Union had over 45 teens audition at five audition days between Jackson, Hillsdale, Leslie & Battle Creek, for American 1’s Teen Idol competition.  American 1 Credit Union has selected the top ten based on scores given at auditions and the teens are from six different area cities.  The list is as follows- in no particular order:  Nicole Suchman of Adrian; Taylor Flood of Battle Creek; Caitlin LeBlanc of Brimley; Joseph “Tyler” Bennett of Hillsdale; Michael Cavender of Jackson; Kiley Ladwig of Jackson; Jeremiah Weaver of Jackson; Marissa Zonts of Jackson; Kali Mees of Jackson; and Alaina Kerr of Michigan Center. This annual event is a fundraiser for the Jackson School of the Arts, where the teens are required to raise a minimum of $250 and any extra funds raised will go towards the winner’s charity of choice.  The final performance is on Friday, July 12th starting at 6pm at the Grandstands at the Jackson County Fairgrounds.  Come join American 1 Credit Union and enjoy a free night out with the family.
